•    For Prepaid Orders/ Online Payment: Free Shipping on orders above Rs. 499/- and Standard Shipping Charges Rs. 40/- on orders below Rs. 499/-

1) Do you have shipping across India?
•    Yes, we have shipping across India. And we are also shipping across major countries.
2) When will my order be delivered? 
Our Standard Delivery Timelines :

Rest of India    12:00 PM    3-5 days (from the dispatch)
Northeast India, J&K, Andaman Nicobar and Lakshadweep    12:00 PM    As per logistics. Usually 6-7 days from dispatch
International Shipping    12:00 PM IST    Express Delivery (7-8 days from dispatch) 

3) International Shipping Policy T & C: (Duties and Clearance) - The customer should pay any applicable duties and we are not liable to bear any duties. We will let you know total charges for the same as applicable.
Estimated delivery is given against each order. While sincere efforts are being made to deliver the products within the given time frame, factors like availability, festive seasons, courier delays are bound to happen. These factors are constantly monitored to keep any inordinate delays under control.

 4) What if I am not available during the time of delivery?
•    Delivery will be rescheduled again after discussions with our courier partner and the rescheduled date will be provided.

5) What happens if a wrong address or phone number is provided?
•    Pre Dispatch: Address can be changed by directly calling our customer support number or sending a mail to our official mail id hello@georgiafoods.in
•    Post Dispatch: It will depend upon courier partner's willingness to change and hub readiness. Incase of failure and RTO due to the same, company wont be liable.

6) What is the procedure to cancel the order?
•    Cancellation of order once placed cannot be cancelled.

 7) Can I request Proof of Delivery (POD)?
•    Yes, Proof Of Delivery will be provided two days from the requested date. Note: Proof Of Delivery available only for 3 days from the date of delivery.

 8) What happens when there is National Holiday?
•    Orders will not be Processed or Dispatched during National Holidays.
