Everything you need to know to make your favorite Zerobeli Oats.

Craving for a healthy breakfast to pump up your energy in the morning? Good old oatmeal is a perfectly wholesome and nutritious food to consume for breakfast daily. It’s rich in soluble fiber that will leave your body satisfied and full all day long. Perfectly made oatmeal gives significant vitamins, minerals and anti-oxidants that proves best to keep your body moving during the day. Oatmeal not only stabilizes blood glucose but also lowers down bad cholesterol which makes the oatmeal heart-friendly food.

Zerobeli is your perfect oats that you can explore to and include in your healthy breakfast and prepare them the right way is as easy as relinquishing them. You can prepare Zerobeli oats by using a microwave or simply cooking it over the stovetop.

Let’s start with the easiest way:

Microwave: For one serving, in a medium microwave-safe bowl combine 1 cup water, 1/2 cup rolled oats, with a dash of salt. Microwave on 100 percent power (high) for 2-1/2 to 3 minutes. Stir before serving.

Stovetop: For four servings, usea medium saucepan and 3-1/4 cups water and 1/4 teaspoon salt to boiling. Stir in 2 cups rolled oats (old-fashioned). Reduce heat and simmer, uncovered, for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove the pan from the heat. If desired, cover and let stand for 2 minutes before serving. This allows the oats to absorb any remaining liquid. For creamier oatmeal, add the oats to the pan along with the water and salt.

The old-fashioned way

Known as the old-fashioned way, this process includes steaming the oats to make it easy and soft to flatten. On a stove or microwave bring 1 cup water or low-fat milk as per your specific choice and add a pinch of salt (if desired) to a boil. Stir in 1/2 cup oats on medium heat, cook while stirring occasionally, for 5 minutes. Remove from the heat, cover it and let it stand for few minutes.

Now that you know, how to make your super delicious oatmeal, it’ll also be wise to know what all you shouldn’t do, to avoid getting your meal ruined: –

  • More Milk does not mean more Creamy Goodness
The key to getting a creamy, not-gluey bowl of oatmeal is using enough water. Notice we said water—cooking oatmeal in milk tends to make a stickier, thicker oatmeal. Follow the directions on the pack using H2O, then add a splash of milk or almond milk in the bowl.
  • Letting It Rip
After your water reaches a boil, add your oats and bring it down to a simmer over low or medium-low heat. You want it to bubble a little bit, but if you cook it over too high a heat, the bottom will burn. Which will be a dishwashing nightmare.
  • Eating Raw
What’s oatmeal without a little spice? When your water is boiled, add some spices into the mix along with the oatmeal. Just make sure they’re ground—things like cloves and cinnamon sticks will be hard to pick out of the creamy cereal.

The Perfect Topping Ideas

Add-ons make the Zerobelioatmeal better-tasting and a whole lot more nutritious. Topping it with your desired fruit and nuts boosts the fiber, offer healthy fats and make breakfast more delicious and filling, too.

No matter how you make it, what you mix with it, or your preferred cooking method, a bowl of Zerobeli oatmeal in the morning is a perfect way to kick-start your day.
